REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Purple Owl Cards, we're committed to delivering high-quality greeting cards that provide comfort and support. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective, has printing errors, or is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll promptly send you a replacement card or issue a full refund.
What We Cover:
- Cards damaged during shipping
- Printing defects or quality issues
- Wrong item sent
- Lost or significantly delayed orders
What We Don't Cover:
Because our cards are printed on-demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Customer ordering errors (wrong card selected)
- Minor color variations between your screen and the printed card
- Cards that have been written in or used
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
- Email us at 8peCreates@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos showing the issue
- We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we'll send a replacement card or process your refund
You do not need to return damaged or defective cards to us.
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will appear on your original payment method. Replacement cards are printed and shipped using the same timeframe as standard orders.
