Processing & Production Time

All greeting cards are printed on-demand to ensure the highest quality. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after purchase. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via standard mail service. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • United States: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and postal service efficiency.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your cards arrive safely.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States. If we're unable to ship to your address, you'll be notified during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at 8peCreates@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with you to locate your package or send a replacement.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple cards, they may ship separately depending on production schedules. Each item will have its own tracking number when available.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately—we'll do our best to make changes before the order ships.
